REALTORS in the Victoria area, all of whom are members of
the Victoria Real Estate Board. We will give you information
about preparing your home for sale, arranging showings and
open houses and what’s involved in offer presentations.

Once your home is for sale we immediately begin to pinpoint
and pre-qualify potential buyers for your home. We do this
by reviewing our contact lists, talking to our network of
Realtors that have clients interested in your type of home
and pre-screen all inquiries. This way, you avoid an endless
parade of people coming through your home who are not serious
about buying.
