We will give you information about preparing your home for sale, arranging showings and open houses and what’s involved in offer presentations. Our goal is to remove the stress from the process.

Scouting for Buyers

Once your home is for sale we immediately begin to pinpoint and pre-qualify potential buyers for your home. We do this by reviewing our contact lists, talking to our network of Realtors that have clients interested in your type of home and pre-screen all inquiries.
