Scott Marchant

Born and raised in Victoria, Scott Marchant has spent over 25 years of his professional life working in the corporate world. The majority of that time as a Corporate Executive with responsibilities encompassing Corporate Management Training, Business Operations, Commercial Real Estate and most importantly Customer Service. He has traveled extensively throughout North America residing in Burnaby, Winnipeg and Maple Ridge. Throughout his travels Scott has only confirmed what he has known all along. Victoria is without a doubt one of, if not the most beautiful place to live in the world!

In his past business endeavours Scott knew that to be successful one needed to not only display unparalleled work ethic, be knowledgeable in every aspect of the business, recognize and fulfill the needs of your customers, but to also surround yourself with winners. These characteristics are equally important when working in Real Estate. That is why in 2002 Scott along with his young family moved back to Victoria to partner up with Guy Crozier. Guy, a close friend of Scott’s for the past twenty five-plus years, has been a leader in the Victoria Real Estate industry for over 15 years.
