Guy Crozier
In
1992, Guy Crozier entered the Real Estate industry at the
age of 31. Victoria is where Guy makes his life, and his
livelihood. Being a native Victorian is one thing, but a
fifth generation Victorian, now that's something. With family
and friends in every corner of the lower island, from Sooke
to Fairfield, and from Oak Bay to Sidney, Guy knows every
neighbourhood in the Capital District represents. Today,
Guy, his wife Chris and their 2 daughters live in the central
municipality of Saanich, where Guy is actively involved
in the community.
"Every time I meet someone for the first time, it
turns out I've either gone to school with their kids, played
ball with their brother, or sold a house to a cousin or
co-worker! It may be a city of almost 400,000 people, but
to me, it's in many ways still a small town."
Why RE/MAX? Guy joined RE/MAX in 1994, in his third year
selling Real Estate. It was a move that truly elevated his
career.
"Offering great service is the key, but the training,
networking and sales environment RE/MAX offers are instrumental
to delivering that service. Today, RE/MAX's ongoing education
is second to none, among all Real Estate companies. We are
kept up to date with every legal, technical, and operational
change to our business as it happens."
As well, RE/MAX enjoys a market share more than twice that
of their closest competitor. Simply put, RE/MAX agents list
more homes, work with more qualified buyers, and sell more
homes than any other company.
"For me it was simple, I wanted learn from, and work
with the best our industry has to offer. Now after 10 years
with RE/MAX I'm able to offer my clients the best marketing,
negotiating, and technical advantages possible."
Together Scott and Guy are committed to delivering the
best service possible to their clients…Real
Estate Excellence!
